Account information and help

#Open Account Center

Open the avatar menu at the top right and select Account Center. The personal page manages profile information, contact methods and research groups.

#Maintain your profile

Review personal information and use the profile-editing action to update it. Use the avatar-upload action for your picture and the username section for your username.

Check the displayed result after saving. Usernames, profile details and group names serve different purposes; confirm which item you are editing.

#Review contact methods

Open contact information to view phone and email binding actions. Follow the form and verification-code steps, then confirm the result before leaving.

The account holder should receive and complete verification. Do not put verification codes in research conversations, knowledge bases or feedback.

#Manage research groups

The personal page also includes group overview, member management and group settings. Select the current group before maintaining members or information. See Research groups.

#Find product help

Open documentation from the user menu and select a feature in the sidebar. The documentation search in the platform header searches titles, sections and article text. Use an article's outline to jump to a step.

Documentation is available in Chinese and English. Switching language preserves the corresponding article. Some tutorial images use the Chinese interface and are labeled accordingly.

Consult Frequently asked questions when an action does not work as expected. When sending feedback through the page, include the feature, steps, expected result and actual behavior. Include only relevant content in any screenshot.
