Check your role and project status
Open the project in Project Space and inspect its member list and your role. The owner manages project information, status and invitations. Other members participate according to their assigned role.
Archived projects restrict editing and new invitations. The owner should update the status before work resumes.
Create a project invitation
- As the project owner, open project collaboration.
- Generate an invitation link and choose collaborator or viewer (read-only) membership.
- Set its validity and review the role's access scope.
- Generate and copy the link, then share it with the intended member.
- After they sign in and accept, confirm them in the member list.
Chinese interface. Read-only membership allows viewing and downloading, without running or modifying content.
Manage pending invitations
The collaboration panel lists pending invitations and invitation history. Check whether an unaccepted invitation is still valid. The owner can revoke invitations that are no longer needed.
Create a new invitation if a link has expired. Sending the link does not establish membership; check the member list.
Change a member's role
The owner can use member actions to change non-owner roles or remove members. Confirm the person and intended access, then refresh the list to inspect the result.
Use project status when pausing the project. A pause does not require removing every member.
Distinguish project, group and knowledge-base access
Accepting a project invitation does not automatically join its research group or establish access to group knowledge bases. Check group membership and knowledge-base settings separately.
If a management action is missing, check your role, archival status and selected project before contacting its owner.
