What skills do
Open Explore → Skill Center. Skills guide research conversations through methods for checking data, reading papers or formatting results. Add and enable a skill, then select it before sending your task.
To load a sequence of calculation steps to edit and run on the canvas, use the Template Center.
Find a suitable skill
Search Official skills by name or summary, then narrow the list by category and tags. Decide whether you need data retrieval, calculation support, literature analysis or workflow assistance before reading the instructions.
Expert packs organize related skills together. Review each included skill before adding a pack; manage their enabled states individually in My skills afterwards.
Add and use a skill
- Open the Skill Center and search by name, description or category.
- Open the skill's name or details. Read its overview and usage instructions, including required inputs and expected outputs.
- Select Install or Add to my skills.
- Check that it is enabled in My skills.
- Return to Research, select it using @ or More → Add skills, and send your task.
Added and enabled are separate states. A disabled skill stays in your list but is not available as an enabled skill for a message.
For plotting, read the skill instructions and supply data, axis meanings, units and the required image format. Selecting the skill does not supply those inputs.
Chinese interface. An enabled skill is available for selection; add it to the message before sending your task.
Create a custom skill
Select Create Skill in the Skill Center. Enter a skill name and Agent instructions. Add a short description and trigger keywords if useful.
Use instructions for requirements you want to repeat:
Save the skill, then manage its enabled state in My skills. Custom skills store instructions; available tools and calculation software still depend on the runtime environment.
Follow Create an experiment-note skill for reusable instructions and practice records to check its output.
Manage My skills
Use search or the enabled-only filter in My skills to find an entry. Disable a skill to stop using it, and enable it again when needed. Removing it takes it out of your list.
Edit your own skills to change names, descriptions or instructions. Check a small, well-defined task after editing before using the updated skill in further research.
